I have been drawing since I was nine years old! After moving from Lima to Findlay, I came to Kan Du so I had a place to work where I could also display my artwork with an opportunity to sell.
I love bright colors! Red is my favorite. I am most inspired during the fall season and by Picasso's abstract art. These influences are apparent when you look at my work. Just like Picasso, my work has shapes and objects that float together. I prefer to draw things that cannot be seen by the naked eye.
I am an accomplished artist with multiple commissions and a published illustrator. I love music, art, and Sunday comics. I was inspired by my brother who went to school for commercial art, this intrigued and led me to pursue a childhood education degree! Although my personality tends to be very quiet, I used to teach children and loved doing it!
