Office Clerk

Person in this position will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations. This part time position is for Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM, in 4 to 8 hour shifts. Must be 21 years or older, have a minimum of high school diploma and be able to pass a back ground check and drug screen.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to

  • answering and directing phone calls
  • making phone calls
  • taking and distributing messages
  • organizing and scheduling appointments
  • organizing and coordinating meetings
  • handling inquiries and incoming work requests
  • reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
  • checking and distributing documents and correspondence
  • receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • maintaining filing systems
  • compiling records of office activities
  • photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • sending emails
  • preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
  • typing documents and correspondence
  • checking and entering data
  • updating and maintaining databases
  • coordinating work flow
  • controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
  • managing petty cash
  • monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
  • keeping office area neat and tidy
  • participate in fundraisers
  • promote, support and attend company special events
  • although RARE, evenings and weekends may be necessary due to programming choices and special events
  • Education and Experience
  • knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
  • proficient in use of email and internet
  • good numeracy skills

Shuttle Driver/ Van Driver

Responsibility Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Interaction and support of adults with developmental disabilities
  • Provide transportation driving company owned handicap accessible vans
  • Assist riders as needed
  • Ensure timeliness of van route(s)
  • Communicate with Providers and/or guardians
  • Follow all transportation laws
  • Awareness of vehicle condition and maintenance needs
  • Could involve some personal care

Essential Functions

  • Safe driving
  • Regular attendance

  • Driving record with less than 4 points

Community Support Professional

Job Type– Part Time

Responsibility Summary

  • Accompany and assist individuals when engaging with community
  • Provide input and assistance in completing jobs and learning skills to be successful in the community workforce
  • Encourage wellness in cognitive, social, physical and creative expressions

  • Motivate and serve people with varying cognitive and physical abilities
  • Driving company owned wheelchair accessible vehicles

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to sit and stand 8 hours per day

  • Saturdays, evenings and/ or nights, determined by programming choices & special events
