This position is ideal for people with experience as DSP, STNA, retail, food service, and/ or production work.
(DSP) Direct Support Professional
Location- Ada & Findlay
Responsibility Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Interaction and support of adults with developmental disabilities
- Motivate and serve people with varying cognitive and physical abilities
- Accompany and assist individuals when engaging with community
- Provide support in a work environment to aid individuals' success
- Focus on creating and maintaining an enriching work environment that promotes identity, growth, autonomy, security, connectedness, meaning and joy
- Inspire cognitive, social, physical and creative expressions through community engagement, activities and art
- Promote, communicate and participate in company programs, events and activities
- Fundraising participation
- Personal care
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Provide transportation driving company owned wheelchair accessible vans
- Assist riders as needed
- Follow all transportation laws
- Medication Administration (will train)
Essential Functions
- Must be able to sit and stand 8 hours per day
- Regular attendance
- Ability to work as a team member and to take initiative.
- Safe driving
Position Requirements
- Drug Screening Passed
- Ohio Driver’s License
- Driving record with less than 4 points
- Able to pass DOT physical
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible with hours
- Must be 21 or over
Hours of Position
- Part time position will be 4-8 hour shifts for 15-25 hours per week. These shifts will be Monday-Friday.
- Full time position will be Monday through Friday, 40 hours
- Shifts would typically occur between the hours of 7:00AM and 5:00PM
- Typical work days are Monday through Friday
- ALTHOUGH RARE, Special events could call for evening and/ or weekend hours
Shuttle Driver/ Van Driver
Responsibility Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Interaction and support of adults with developmental disabilities
- Provide transportation driving company owned handicap accessible vans
- Assist riders as needed
- Ensure timeliness of van route(s)
- Communicate with Providers and/or guardians
- Follow all transportation laws
- Awareness of vehicle condition and maintenance needs
- Could involve some personal care

Community Support Professional/Job Coach
Job Type– Part Time
Location- Ada, Ohio
Reports to- Cortney Davis
Responsibility Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

- Accompany and assist individuals when engaging with community
- Provide input and assistance in completing jobs and learning skills to be successful in the community workforce
- Encourage wellness in cognitive, social, physical and creative expressions
- Participate in and assist with company events
- Motivate and serve people with varying cognitive and physical abilities
- Driving company owned wheelchair accessible vehicles
- Some personal care
Essential Functions
- Must be able to sit and stand 8 hours per day
