Production Team Leader

Kan Du Group is seeking a Full Time Team Lead for our Production and Training Facility. Ideal candidate has excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals. We’re looking for a candidate with leadership experience, a natural morale booster and the ability to multitask. Experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities appreciated but not required. Must be a champion for adults with disabilities and a compassionate and effective teacher, coach, and leader.

Supervisor-Production Manager

Responsibility Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Provide superior service to people who have developmental disabilities, their families, employers, and coworkers.
  • Give and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Aid manager and assistant manager with assessments, outcome/ goal development, implementation and evaluate progress.
  • Assist in supervising staff and program enrollees.
  • Provide support in managing the daily operation of the production, training, and community employment department including scheduling, quality control and customer relations.
  • Help train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees.
  • Provide and demonstrate development of motivation and skills
  • Keep records and documentation and prepare appropriate reports.

Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary:

Kan Du Group, a provider of services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Full Time Transportation Coordinator. The person in this position is responsible for all facets of our transportation operation. These responsibilities would include but are not limited to dispatching, DOT compliance, preventive maintenance, and new equipment acquisition. You ensure customer’s expectations are met, cost are controlled and equipment is well maintained and the appearance of our vans and trucks are up to our standards. When not performing transportation responsibilities, this person in this position will assist program enrolls and staff in completing jobs and assignments. Some light personal care should be expected.

 

Location– Production and Training Facility on County Road 99, Findlay

Responsibility Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Interaction and support of adults with developmental disabilities
  • Ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed
  • Follow all transportation laws
  • Ensure high level of customer service
  • Review staff requirements and participate in scheduling of personnel to cover routes
